Well if you don't want to mess around and you want to get things done then you should def look up Kami at Simply Vegas. He worked hard and got my place sold for cash in about 3 or 4 days. I was in Thailand and we were able to stay in constant contact and sign most all docs from out of the country. Kami was on top of things the entire time and made it super easy with as little stress as possible. I don't shout out accolades easily but in this case Kami deserves the award!! If you want to sell or buy a place you can't make a better choice. Look em up, stay stress-free..

When I found a house I was interested in on the website of the Sun City Aliante I called Dave. This was a Saturday and he spent all day work on get a bid submitted that day. Then when three more bids were submitted on the same house he immediately contacted the owners agent to recommend going with our bid. Also he was in contact with us no less daily as very time were was a update or a change. He also was extremely helpful with contacting the finance company and ensuring that he was keep in the loop. When ever a problem came up he was "john on the spot" to correct the problem. The bottom line is that he was always on the job to ensure the purchase of my house went as smooth as possible and found and put rents in the house until I am able to retire and move into the house. I have enough but good word for Dave and his ensuring he clients are treated with the best service possible. I wanted to say thank you to Laura and The Gafford Group to make our dreams come true. We had previously worked with another realty group, who told us to re-rent for another year, bring up our credit, try to obtain credit counseling from an expensive law firm etc. We told them we would re-rent but work on our credit by ourselves. Eugenia Cho and Jacqueline Levy really went above the rim with my most recent home sale. There had been (to say the least) mistakes made in my effort to sell my home before I turned the listing over to them. The house was empty for quite some time so I was unaware of the issues in a potential sale, making my attempt to sell with a discount broker futile. When they took over the listing they gave my magnificent house the attention it deserved. Being out of state it was impossible for me to manage the repair and upkeep required to sell a 1mm+ property. Eugenia and Jackie had a team that got all the work done in a timely manner at a great price with very little required of me. My house had many features and thus there were quite a few unforeseen issues that popped up, they worked through all of them and made sure I was aware of what was going on and what still needed to be done. I had the even more complicated issue of needing my house to close before the end of the year for tax reasons. They kept me updated with what was required to make that happen. Professional, knowledgeable, honest, concerned, and thorough are all adjectives I would use to describe their work. They also responded to calls, texts, or emails almost immediately no matter what the hour or how trivial my question. If you have or are looking for a higher end home in the Anthem area, especially the Anthem Country Club, I seriously doubt you can find a better agent to represent you.

I don't even know where to start.. This review took time because I wanted to capture the right words to say. I'll start by saying that SONJA CATLIN is heaven sent. Some role people fall in, and some are made for it. There aren't enough great things I can say about her. I am a true believer of speaking things into existence. Michele Rodriguez was a realtor that we met at an open house before the Covid19 environment set into our economy. She had all the right energy we were looking for, adding to a comfortable knowledge of current technology. That energy, enthusiasm, and knowledge goes a long way when it comes to selling your home. We live in a different State, so paperless transactions, and electronic signatures were also extremely important to us. Her accessibility by text and phone was also excellent, and this did not change during the transaction. Yes, there were a few bumps along the way, but that is normal and were always resolved very quickly. She sold our house, with several offers being presented, at a very acceptable price, particularly with the many many challenges The Covid situation presented to Las Vegas. The escrow period completed according to expectation and closed on schedule. We had a VA buyer. Michele was very comfortable and knowledgeable with that unique type of transaction. In reflection, the only part of the listing that I did not particularly find value with was the concierge service, which was part of an an add-on listing fee. The majority of the contractor repair people Concierge recommended did not match up with the skill set that was needed. It was like guesswork based on company names instead of good vetting. Michel’s co-realtors, however, continuously provided excellent recommendations of contractors - painters, HVAC, and a handyman for last-minute door hinge installation. Overall, we were very happy with the results and would use Michele again in the future for our Real Estate needs in Las Vegas

Leigha Hernandez Tropp is amazing. She has helped me with every rental for years now and now has helped me purchase my first home. She’s knowledgeable and at best is there ready to answer any question, send you new homes newly on the market and is there whenever you need and ready to take you to view any home you request. She really simplifies and makes the whole process a lot easier and I wouldn’t go to anyone else. Happy to have had her assistance and great to work with! It was such an awesome experience working with Erica Becker. I was looking to purchase a second home in Las Vegas for our retirement. Erica not only helped me find a home, but she also helped me sell the condo. I’m here in Hawaii and she was very diligent and took care of everything. Erica informed me every step of the way, for both purchasing and selling. She made it seem easy and NO stress at all. She keeps you informed daily until everything is done. My real estate agent, Michael Copenhaver, is top notch. This is the 8th home I've purchased in several different states and cities, and Michael is by far the best I've worked with. We were looking at houses online, and Kami contacted us to ask if we wanted to go see some of the homes. We met him at the office and toured 4 beautiful places. Kelsey was such a great person to work with during the entire process! She is knowledgeable and priced my home well and sold it in about a month. She was there to answer all of my questions, explain the current market conditions and suggest sales strategies. She was also a huge help negotiating the amount of repairs that I would do.Kelsey was quick to provide me with information to finalize the inspections and closing paperwork as I was on a tight timeline.I have bought and sold a few homes in the local area and beyond and look forward to working with Kelsey again on my next property!
